The Bugorama in Phoenix is the Southwest's longest running VW event and the 1st stop on the Bugorama Racing Series race schedule. You will see some of the World's Fastest VW’s on the west coast racing, looking to break records, a large VW only swap meet, a show & shine with Arizona's finest looking VWs and a new parts vendor row.

The Bugorama offers race classes for all type of cars and drivers from the novice to the pro. All cars must pass a NHRA safety inspection and or BRS tech inspection at the scales to qualify to race. Ladies Racing Series (a class for the ladies), Trophy Class (race your friends for fun, Sportsman Eliminator (13.00 seconds and slower), Pro Eliminator (12.99 seconds and quicker) BRS classes-Top Eliminator, Pro Mod, Super Street, Pro Gas, Super Combo, Pro Turbo.

We have a designated area at the Phoenix Bugorama where you can display your VW and hang out with your friends. You can also fill out your window card and display it for a chance to win one of our "TOP 25" awards or one of our "Special Awards" to be given out. So polish up your VW and get to the show before 10:00 am to make sure the judges see your car! Our car show staff will be walking around about 11:00 am hand picking their favorite VW's of the day. The car show awards will be handed out around 2:30 pm under the Lakeside Pavillion next to the car show area.

Swap meet spaces are 20’ x 20’ and include 1 admission and vehicle pass. Please only used VW related items only. No pre-registration needed. No new merchandise vendors!

CB Performance Presents Bugorama. The Sacramento Bugorama is like no other VW event in the World. We open the gates on Saturday at 12:00 p.m. to allow for overnight camping, swap meet set-up and test & tune for the drag racers. Sunday is the main day of the Bugorama. This is when we have the car show, finals in drag racing, vendors and all the swap meet will be set-up. The admission price is for both days only.

We will be having DLG VW club hand pick the "THE TOP 25" awards to be handed out. So polish up that VW and come out to compete for one of the top 25 awards. The car show area is subject to availability so get there early!

Swap meet spaces are 15x15 and include 1 admission and vehicle pass. Please only used VW related items only. No pre-registration needed.

This is dry camping and no hookups are available and no reservations are needed. Please follow are basic camping rules: No camp fires,fireworks or loud music. Camping is $20.00 per car plus admission.
